Palma Ceia Project

Located in tampa’s charming palma ceia neighborhood, these clients used the bungalow architecture found in seattle, washington as the inspiration for the exterior of this custom new build. we incorporated a stained glass window, mahogany craftsman style front door, and brick columns with a unique cut out detail to give the home the look of one that’s been there for a century.

one of my absolute favorite parts of working with clients who are building a home for themselves is helping them incorporate features that will make thier lives easier and more enjoyable at home.

from the office built in designed with special sized cubbies for housing the husband’s record collection to the sewing nook designed specifically for the wife’s enjoyment, these clients fully embraced creating a space that spoke to their individual style and needs! They invested in a show stopper custom kitchen with a custom walnut island and wet-bar that would allow them to enjoy hosting friends and family. we included a feeding station and elevated dog bath to make caring for their fur babies easier. they weren’t afraid to choose bold finishes….and the result was pure magic! I’m beyond proud to have helped create this one-of-a-kind home!
