The four homes were side by side on one street and consisted to two floor plans. The key to getting top dollar for a spec build in a situation like this is to ensure that each house feels unique and special because at this price point ($1 million+) buyers do not want a house that’s identical to their next door neighbor.

the developer had already purchased some materials and I was brought on to work with what he’d already selected and fill in the gaps to bring it all together using cost-effective materials. I love a challenge and am grateful for the chance to assist with these cool projects!
