JPC Build Reveal
Nestled on a shady street, this custom new build by C&C homes fits seamlessly into it’s charming, historic st. pete neighborhood on the outside but features bold, modern finish choices. inside. the clients’ love of midcentury style is woven throughout the home but was balanced with traditional elements to create an overall design that will hold up for years to come.
The exterior
was mostly hardee siding but adding brick around the front door & 2nd floor inset broke up the siding & made the exterior more dynamic. the clients opted for black windows, hardware, and gorgeous slate pavers on the porch for a beautiful contrast against all the white.
Inside
A home office and guest suite sit just off the foyer and a gorgeous arched opening leads to the expansive great room. natural light streams in through the many windows and works with The warm tone of the flooring and white walls to make the space feel huge! drywall wrapped beams adorn the 10 foot ceilings and are the detail that really elevated the design in the living area.
The custom kitchen
is the heart of this home though. the clients spend a lot of time cooking and entertaining so they wanted an amazing kitchen. it took months the details of this room nailed down but boy was it worth it! The cabinetry was hand crafted with the wall cabinets being painted a mushroom color and the island black. paneled appliances, a custom range hood, and the stunning porcelain countertops created a high-end vibe that will definitely wow their friends and family!
It was a pleasure to help these clients choose every detail of their custom build and help ensure they will love every inch of their home.
